1. Regarding Taxes and Customs Fees:
Prices on our official website INCLUDE:
standard postal shipping, taxes, and customs fees.
Delivery coverage includes: the US, the UK, all European countries, Asia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and North America.
2. Regarding Logistics:
There are two shipping options for your selection.
Shipment A. Free Standard Shipping（Taxes included）
Free‑shipping service is available when your order above 100 USD. Under normal circumstances, delivery takes 2‑4 weeks for most destinations across Europe and the United States. Transit durations vary from country to country and region to region, and delays may occur.
All in‑stock orders will be processed 1-3 working days and shipped out within 7 working days. Please note that processing times could still be affected by special periods. If items are out‑of‑stock, shipment may be delayed for up to 1‑2 weeks. We usually receive a backlog of orders over weekends. When our team returns to work on Monday, we still require an additional 1‑2 business days to clear the accumulated backlog. You may track your shipment at 17track.net.
Please be aware that orders going to AK, HI and PR in the United States are not covered under our regular shipping arrangement. Deliveries to these locations can take as long as two months. Kindly take this into consideration before placing your order.
Please keep in mind that our standard shipping rate (including the free‑shipping benefit) only covers regular‑size parcels. If your item is overweight or your delivery address falls in a remote zone resulting in higher‑than‑expected shipping cost per order, extra shipping fees will need to be charged to cover the difference. Shipment B. Global Express Shipping (tax excluded)
This international express service is operated by DHL, FedEx and other courier partners at rate of 60 USD. Delivery takes 5‑10 business days to reach most destinations within the US and Europe. Additional surcharges may apply if you purchase multiple items or your delivery address is classified as remote.
Our standard delivery service is provided by 4PX Express, a reliable global logistics provider offering efficient logistics routes and optimal tax benefits. For most customers, we do not recommend Express shipping, as customs clearance may require extensive documentation. This can lead to longer delivery times and additional clearance‑related fees. (This note applies to customers with extremely urgent orders, those familiar with customs clearance procedures, or buyers located in extremely remote areas.) For Express shipping, duties and taxes are only included for the United States. For all other destinations, import duties and taxes are not included and shall be borne by the recipient.
